iDC 2008 Continuing Education Classes are now available in a format that fits into every schedule. Whether you are part of the accounting staff, management, an IT professional, or an elected official, you can choose the venue that works for you. We are offering lunch and learn one-hour sessions and sequential training over several days via the internet as well as classes at our Chicago executive offices. If you prefer to have training on site at your office, this can also be arranged. Course schedules are updated each quarter.
The WebU Classes (WU) presented via the internet will be taught by a live instructor. You might want to use this as a refresher course, as an overall introduction or as a backup for vacationing personnel in a particular application.
The Lunch and Learn Sessions (LL) presented via the internet are geared to give managers and elected officials insight into what information is readily available to them with iDC software. Additional topics will include government accountability and citizen communications.
2nd Tuesday Help Desk (2T) will present via the internet topics of interest to Accounting and IT staff and will range from commonly asked questions to the use of new features and functions.
Training at iDC Chicago Offices (CL) is in-depth training for 2-3 days in a classroom environment for up to 8 people. This can be for first time users or for those that need a refresher class.
