Cash Receipts

The Cash Receipts module can be used for a central collection area or for a departmental collection area. It can be used for back office, mail payments, lock box operations, ePayments, and for setting up temporary collection sites. It is designed to be used by cashiers and accounting departments who deal directly with the public and process payments for a variety of items.

Cash Receipts maximizes productivity by centralizing collections and the recording of payments for any purpose. A direct interface to other 4gov applications automates the posting of payments and provides secure daily cash control.
