iDC’s Human Resources system is designed to
allow human resource professionals, who may
have limited or no technical training, to
customize the types of data needed and
view/report the information in a variety of
ways. As a starting point, iDC has
pre-defined much of the standard information
into databases.
The HR database begins with applicant
information, and continues through
interviews, and the hiring process. Hiring
of a person initiates the personnel files
and payroll data. Any relevant training,
testing, or career information can be
entered, with the system tracking the
“events” in the career of the individual.
Information can be added and changed at any
time, with proper security.
