PlusFund® includes budgeting and controlling of expenditures and revenue for multi-tiered organizations as well as for grants, programs, and projects that may span multiple fiscal years. An optional Super Segment “hierarchy” for each segment of your chart of accounts easily establishes budgetary control at the appropriate level of responsibility. Transactions are controlled and balanced by fund, with entries generated automatically to maintain the Due-To and Due-From accounts. A separate Encumbrance Accounting Ledger tracks purchases from time of entry through expense and liquidation – all without the need for additional user-entered transactions.
